Inventry QuickScan Unit
The Inventry Sign-in screens are found in each schools main reception area. In some other entrances to the buildings you will also see the Inventry QuickScan units, you can use your staff ID badge on these.
When you sign in to the main Inventry screen for the first time using the touchscreen, you will be asked if you would like to swipe your staff ID badge against the reader at the bottom of the screen.
From then, each time you sign in or out of the screen or QuickScan units, you can swipe your staff ID badge to save time.
Please ensure that any visitors are using the Inventry Screens in the reception to sign in. They will also need to obtain the appropriate visitor badge from the reception office staff, depending on DBS certification or not.
IT Support work closely with the HR Department to keep Inventry maintained and up to date. It uses Arbor to synchronise its data each night. If you are a new member of staff to the school, you may find that your name may not appear on the screen for 24 hours.
